Sophie 2 yr old BC X.Sophie is currently being foster with Sharon who is helping to build this girls confidence. Sophie is a lovely girl and thrives on interaction with her people.

Smudge 7-8 month old BC
Smudge was just spayed and brought on the 16th of September... she has been working with foster mom Penny and is showing great potential as a sport dog. Foster mom says she is a very balanced dog and loves both food and toys. Smudge is very friendly and will be a wonderful active dog for someone keen to train.

Boots a 6 yr old female BC
Boots is currently being fostered with Melissa and Mike. This sweetheart's owner sadly passed away leaving her homeless. This beautiful and biddable dog will be a wonderful addition for anyone looking for a active companion.

Traffic and Greg won the Speed Retrieve Finals at Dock Dogs Carrotfest this weekend. August 21-2010

Congrats to Greg and Traffic who Rocked the Dock in Kingston with 1000 Island Dock Dogs.

Finishing 3rd in Speed Retreive first time out, with a time of 6.5 secs.

Traffic and Greg made the Senior Finals with a Personal Best of 19.9ft!

HOT off the Press from Spruce Meadows, Calgary yesterday! Gabi and Wish made the steeple chase finals in the 22" reg division. These are the best dogs in North Amercia competeing at this event!

There was a Brew Ha Ha at the Skyhoundz World Qualifiers!

Rick and Angela have been working super hard with Brew and it showed at the Skyhoundz World Qualifiers!

Brew finished 1st in Freestyle and 2nd next to Ricks other dog Riff in the Distance and Accuracy!

They will be bringing the 'Brew Ha Ha' to Chattanooga!

9.5 month old Australian Shepherd! This lovely girl has come into BCRO for some behavioural work. She is intense and currently reactive. Koda is young and keen we have hopes for this girl to find a sport home that can provide her with the mental and physical outlet she is seeking.

Nellie is being evaluted and worked with in foster care, we do have a potential adoptive home for her from our current applications. This young girl was relinquished to us from a older couple that adored her but were unable to give her what she needed.

Foster mom Jen came down with her crew for a Rally O trial this weekend and brought along Rocco for a visit! Still living life to the fullest free spirited Rocco is doing awesome in his foster home. He is still looking for a home that will manage his Obsessive Compulsive tendencies and keep him lean and fit for his back end with regular low impact exercise.

I have received a update on Sparky the 13 yr old needing a home .... during a vet exam at the Welland Humane Society where she was taken they found a Cancerous Mass on her side. Due to her age and that the vet felt there were no treatment options for her the HS made the tough decison to euthanize her.
Thanks for everyone who asked about her.

URGENT
SPARKY approx 13 yr old BC that needs a foster or placement. She is apparently in GREAT Shape.. owner has moved to a senior residence and a family took her in when they heard about her, she is apparently going after their 7 yr old female. Anyone want to help out this old girl? Apparently she is very people friendly and I wonder if she would do okay with a larger pack or males, definitely would be happy in a only dog home....

Lex LOVES Agility!!!

Sunday March 21-2010 Lex ran 2 starter runs at the Rat Pack Agility Trial!

I was a very proud foster mom as she was wonderful around the very busy environment of dogs and people.

She did great and got her first Qualifying run in Starter Gambles, this girl LOVES to play and is showing that she will be very successful at everything she tries.

Thanks to her biggest fan Aunty Amanda for all the help and support with her!

So finally after almost a year of having problems with access and virus flags on our BCRO site I decided to change servers to Breederoo! It also give me the ability to update the site myself which is something I lost in the last 6 months trying to re-do the old site....

It is still a work in progress but I will work at getting things up and running quickly! If there is anything you would like to see let me know.

Hi! I thought I would send you a recent pic of Ford and thank you again for allowing this terrific boy into our lives. I should brag a bit on his behalf too. He has earned his starter agility dog title and his starter games title. On Saturday we are trialling at Rat Pack where he will attempt his first Master's gamble! Ford's birthday is coming up and I thought he would like this Umbra tent. Not to mention how much easier it is for me to set up at trials. Happy Spring. Julie (Ford, Jazz and Tanya too!)

Amazing how fast puppies grow and change. Donald is doing awesome , he is sleeping through the night in his crate. Foster mom Gabi says that he is a Brave and High Drive pup that is super keen to focus and play.

Opie
Experienced Dog Owner
Opie is a 17 month old male Border Collie, up-to-date on shots, neutered, crate and house trained.
Opie is a boy filled with love and excitement for his frisbee playing. He has completed Intermediate Training Class’ Level 1 and would love to do more training with his new forever home. Opie has learned very fast with his foster home. He can recycle, turn the lights off and bring you his dinner dish. Amongst all of Opie’s great qualities, he is fearful of new people, especially men, and this triggers an aggressive reaction, He also reacts to children and vehicles. He gets along with some dogs, but others seam to bother him, which triggers his aggressive reactions. Opie is a wonderful dog at home full of love and energy. He is great in the home when left alone for long periods and is great with his down time.
Opie requires an owner who is experienced and can work with his reactions on a DAILY basis, not just when encountered occasionally. He would do very will in frisbee training and competitions due to his desire for the sport. Once he gets to know you, you are his friend for life!
Absolutely no kids or cats
*This dog has been evaluated by BCRO but is currently with the owner, applications will be directed there.

5 yr old Male Border Collie, from working lines in Alberta.
Bailey is a nice active family dog, unfortunately due to changes in lifestyle this handsome new boy is looking for a home. Applications will be forwarded to owner.
